Farrow Not Endorsing in Senate Special Election, Thinks Primary Race ‘would be healthy’

This week’s Dailytakes Half Hour Happy Hour newsmaker interview will be with State Senator and Waukesha County Executive-Elect Paul Farrow.

In this preview clip, Farrow announces he will not be making an endorsement in the yet-to-be-called special election in the 33rd Senate District. “I am staying out,” he told me.

When I asked him if he thinks a Primary would be a good thing, he didn’t hesitate. “I think it would be healthy,” he said. “Having a debate, having a discussion in a primary like that, I think is a great opportunity of the cities to find out who would be representing them.”

Farrow has previously said he will remain in the State Senate until passage of the budget, which is expected in June. Look for the full interview as a part of the next Half Hour Happy Hour, this Friday, right here.
